The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the consent that you will be asked for in the contact, course registration, subscription or registration forms.

Users who provide personal data via email or through the contact, course registration, subscription or registration forms on the Fisiofocus website are voluntarily providing personal data (hereinafter Personal Data). The personal information that you provide to us through the forms and in e-mails will be entered into a processing system under the responsibility of Fisiofocus and will be kept confidential and protected.

In this regard, Fisiofocus informs users that in compliance with RGPD 679/2016 it has a Register of Activities. Therefore, by clicking to accept the privacy policy, the user expressly, fully and unreservedly accepts that Fisiofocus will process their personal data automatically in order to provide and offer its services. The free training can also be accessed via mobile application.

Newsletter subscription form:

No specially protected data is processed.

Visiting the Fisiofocus website does not imply that the user is obliged to provide any information about himself/herself. If you wish to unsubscribe as a registered user, simply send an e-mail to and request it.

The user shall have the option of giving his acceptance and consent to the processing of his Personal Data by Fisiofocus in accordance with this Data Protection Policy. At Fisiofocus S.L. we process the information you provide us with to manage the queries received and/or to manage course registrations, newsletter subscriptions or free training registrations.

In order to comply with the different legal provisions, we have established different levels of security to protect the personal data you provide us with, having adopted all the technical measures available to us to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and manipulation of said personal data.
